How to Cook Mazaidar Beef Biryani?

We are excited to share delicious recipe of Beef Biryani. Let’s start:

Ingredients for the Masala:

  • 600 gm of Pak Meat’s Beef Mix Boti cut for biryani (boil it)
  • 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • Salt, black pepper and turmeric (as needed)
  • 3/4 cup of clarified butter
  • 4 potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 tablespoon whole spice
  • 6 to 8 plums

Ingredients for the Rice:

  • 500 gm of boiled rice
  • 6 tablespoons green chilies (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons fried onion
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 cup mint, green chiles and coriander
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • Yellow color (as required)
  • 1 tablespoon all-spices
  • Few drops of pine essence are screwed in

Okay – so we are ready to cook Mazaidar Beef Biryani

In a pan, melt the clarified butter, then add the onions and entire spices. Combine the ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and turmeric in a mixing bowl. Now toss in the boiling Pak Meat’s Beef Mix boti cut and roast it well.

Cook the potatoes with 2 cups of water, then grind the plums, green chilies, and cooked onion. Add the yellow color to the yogurt, lemon juice, mint, and coriander. Boil until ready to serve.
